A rescue that hangs is a window, not a personality
Hybrids in this city get used as second drivers and as long irons, often in the same round. Those jobs want different spin lofts. We ask which job you actually need on the Missouri flats.

Punch under a gust, or carry a wet rye
If you play Council Bluffs in April, humidity will grab a wide hybrid window and hang it out to dry. If you play west Omaha in October, a narrow window that was “perfect” indoors will dive. Pick the season you care about. We can bias. We cannot build a hybrid that is both a parachute and a punch without lying on one of the two Tuesdays you play.
Attack on hybrids is where hands panic. People scoop because the last one stayed in the rye. Scooping adds delivered loft, widens spin loft, and then the next one stays in the rye with more style. We write the scoop if it is the median. We do not spend the hour preaching. We change a lever that still works if you scoop a little, or we send you to a coach if the scoop is the whole swing.
Sash Hour is the usual. Prairie Pair with a 5-iron if the two clubs are fighting over the same yardage with different windows. That fight is how gapping becomes folklore.
