What we refuse

No silent catalog swaps

If you email a screenshot of a head and ask us to “just order that loft,” the desk will send you back to this menu. The sash has to see your delivered loft. A stamp that worked for a stranger in still air is not a window on Howard Street.

We also refuse to stack a full casement into a sash hour. One category, one equation, one ticket. Pair or bag if you want two stories to talk to each other.
